Tracking your order / about dispatch

Once we pack your order we will update your order with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on the delivery.

You can click the "TRACK & VIEW YOUR ORDER" any time from the email you get to confime your order once your order is placed ( See Pink Button below on this email )
When you see a tracking number, Simply click on it to track your delivery.

NOTE: We will inform you if your orders dispatch will be delayed for any reason within 24 business hours of order being placed. Normal dispatch time frames are as follows:

Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post and we have given you a tracking number this indicates that the parcel is now with Australia post service and update need to be obtained vis the Australia Post tracking website ( by clicking your tracking number when you view your order or by calling Australia Post customer service. 131 381
