              • When you click on Spend points you will be directed to the website and will see a pop up. This pop up can sometimes take some time to load so please hang in there. Follow the prompts
              • You can Click any time on the Rewards button to choose a voucher to redeem your points - here you can also see points values and how to earn points
              • Once your click "spend " a code will be created. Please copy and paste that code into the discount code section at the checkout
              • Please note that rewards cannot be used in the same transaction as discount codes. We advise that you save your rewards up to earn higher value vouchers to redeem when they are worth more than any discount code at the time.

              More about the best way to utilise your points

              If you use another code the system will only allow 1 at a time. In this case you did apply another code a checkout giving you the discount that corresponds with that code, but i will make sure that the points go back to your rewards if they have now been used and not applied witch can happen if 2 codes are applied in the discount box at the checkout.
              There will be a email after all your order placed with an update of rewards, on that email is a green button that says " Click here to redeem your points or save this email to save up and use later"
              As you can see we have great discounts and free gifts and our offers are generous even without the rewards program. So i want to offer you my suggestion for the best way to use the points you have earn.

              WE ARE OPEN AND SENDING ORDERS

              This Rapidly evolving Coronavirus ( Covid-19 ) has imposed and unsettling, fluid situation upon our community, our business and the rest if the world. While the team here at Tina Kay skincare are still fully operational and open for business as usual, we have made a number of changes to our operations to account for a situation that is far from normal.

              • We have imposed work from home where we can 
              • We have rearrange our staff hours and shifts to ensure only 1 person is in our office at anyone time where your orders are prepared
              • We have now introduced some weekend hours among staff to cope with our order volume under our new social distancing measures.
              • We are no longer allowing anyone to enter this premises 
              • All orders will be delivered and pick ups are not permitted at this time
              • All staff are adhering to recommend hygiene requirements
              • None of our staff have recently traveled overseas or interstate
              • If any of our staff become unwell they are to report immediately and will be sent home for isolation
              • Australia Post and all of our couriers who deliver our stock shipments have adopted a "no contact" drop of method without the need for signature on delivery

              We are truly thankful to be still operational during this uncertain and hard time and will endeavour to keep you informed of any changing situations.
