Remove the protective plastic cover on the cap-( keep it for traveling)
Turn it on by pressing the soft button on the cap to activate the vibrating wand.
Press once for naturally lifted lashes
Press twice for longer lashes, and more intense lashes.
Press the button three times for “Wow look at me now” lashes!
Hold the wand at the base of your lash line and slowly blink and comb through to the tip. Coat the top side of the lashes and tips for thicker-looking lashes.
Allow 30 seconds to semi-set, then apply extra coats as you wish to achieve your desired result.
Always use it in front of a mirror, do not apply in a moving vehicle. No Buzzing and Driving! OK!
