Once your order is processed, packed and dispatched you will be sent an email with tracking from us.
If you have not seen your tracking email from Tina Kay Skincare please check your junk mail as all customers are sent tracking automatically once orders have been dispatched. Please check that the email provided to us is correct
If you feel your parcel is delayed once dispatched this is an inquiry for Australia Post due to the fact that once parcels are lodged with Australia Post they are in the hands of the post and inquiries must be forwarded to Australia post. All inquiries for deliveries in transit must be forwarded to

Delivery Terms and Conditions
- Parcels can be delivered to residential, PO Box, Parcel locker and business addresses Australia wide.
- Orders are shipped Monday to Friday every week of the year. Except Public Holidays.
- Tracking numbers are sent by email and on your order status page by approximately 9pm Australian Eastern Standard Time on the day of your orders dispatch Mon - Fri. During times of extra demand or promotional periods, tracking numbers may not be updated until the following business day.
- The following delivery times are an estimate only of the average time frame in which you should receive your order, on most occasions you will receive your order earlier than the times specified below.
- If signature on delivery is selected and you are not home to sign at the time of delivery, your parcel will be returned to the post office for you to pick up.
- If you select to have the parcel left WITHOUT signature. Your parcel will be left in a safe place if you are not home or taken back to the post office for your collection. Tina Kay Skincare holds no responsibility for missing parcels if a signature on delivery is not requested with postage method at checkout.
- If multiple orders are placed in close proximity we reserve the right to send all orders together in one package, regardless of whether postage has been paid for or not.
We ask all customers to carefully check the address for orders as a re-shipment fee of $13.99 will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to incorrect addressing. Please note: if your order is returned due to incorrect addressing or non-collection, and you choose to receive a refund, the return fee of $12 and original shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund. As the majority of our freight travels with Australia Post if your order is taken to the Post Office for collection please ensure it is picked up within 10 business days, a reshipment fee of $21.95 will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to non pick up. Please note Tina Kay Skincare will not refund or resend orders which are delivered to the incorrect address and cannot be reclaimed, if an incorrect address has been provided at checkout. All Australia Post Standard and Australia Post Express rates are for within Australia ONLY.
Approximate delivery time frames vary depending on delivery destination.
Delivery times may take longer during busy times such as Christmas and other public holidays.
Pick up - We are located in East Maitland, NSW, 2323. This is our only pick up address, if you can not pick up from this address, please do not select the pick up option. If you select pick up, but your order needs to be delivered, your order will be delayed until a shipping option has been selected and payment is received by Tina Kay Skincare.
Tina Kay Skincare is not responsible for parcels should the recipient request delivery without signature.
Tina Kay Skincare is not responsible for orders marked as 'delivered' by Australia Post or Courier service.
Tina Kay Skincare is not responsible for the cost of Delivery/Shipping for refunds or exchanges with exception to the case of wrong item received or Faulty goods.
International Customers.
Please note that International Customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by their respective government. Duties and taxes are based upon the laws and regulations of the country to which the order is shipping, please be aware that these Fees will usually be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery. Please note that we are unable to fulfil any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.
The Fees are typically determined based on a combination of factors that may include:
The merchandise's country of origin or manufacture.
The merchandise classification, using a system adopted by the countries that we ship too.
VAT rates are set by the country to which the order is shipping.
Note: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you are responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes; in this case, all such return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes will be billed to the method of payment you used. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.
By ordering goods from www.tkskincare.com.au for shipping to destinations outside Australia, you expressly agree to become Importer of Record (“IOR”) for the products ordered by you, and, accordingly, customs clearance shall be made in your name and on your behalf. As IOR, you agree to be ultimately responsible for importing the products ordered by you into the applicable country and are solely responsible for the payment of Fees either at the time of sale or at the time of importation (as applicable). You hereby give a proxy or power of attorney (“POA”) to Tina Kay Skincare designated shipping provider for the customs clearance of products ordered by you. This POA authorises Tina Kay Skincare’s designated shipping provider’s assigned customs broker to act on behalf of you. Tina Kay Skincare's designated shipping provider’s intervention with respect to customs formalities may be done by a customs agent assigned by Tina Kay Skincare's designated shipping provider on your behalf. You hereby acknowledge to have understood the concept of IOR and the need of the POA and further state that the terms of the POA or terms of the purchase from Tina Kay Skincare and transportation conditions from Tina Kay Skincare's designated shipping provider are not unreasonable or unknown to you, that you have read them, understood them and further have agreed to them. In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorisations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order.
International orders are sometimes subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. International shipments will not ship until all item(s) ordered become available. A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. We cannot ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time. Please allow 1 business day for your tracking information to update.
We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally.
